Yummy as it opened up over four hours. Good particularly for a seven year old Napa Pinot. Spring Mt. — 5 years ago
solid bottle, fun to drink. cloudy yellow and some light sediment, very much looks smells and tastes like a natural wine. — 5 years ago
I usually tend toward Pinot Noir, but when I want something just a bit bolder, Gamay hits the spot. I have really been enjoying this 2015 vintage. — 6 years ago

Merry Christmas Eve-Eve!!! 🎄🎁🎅❄️🌟⛄️
Maybe, it’s the Christmas spirit and/or I really needed a good glass Rosé Champagne tonight but, I don’t recall this ever tasting better. Could simply be a better disgorgement? Ah, I’ll just say it’s Christmas Magic! Cheers! 🍾🥂
Shots around the house listening to our Christmas Eve Mix.

A very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco and herbs.
Bone dry on the palate, and full bodied with medium acidity.
Needs time to open up properly.
Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.
Wine Advocate 92 points.
Spicy and tangy finish with firm tannins.
14.2% alcohol by volume.

Tonight I had a taste for Champagne and I have opened the Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut. A blend of mainly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and 10% to 20% Chardonnay.
On the nose there is musty pear, strawberry, bruised apple, lemon, toast and yeasty bread
On the palate there is creamy lemon curd, citrus notes, lemon, brioche, toast and limestone.
This wine is medium bodied with a creamy mouth feel. There is an abundant creamy mousse with medium + acidity that leads to a medium to long fresh finish. A nice ending to a long day doing chores around the house. Continue being safe and have a great rest of your weekend. Nostrovia! 🍾🍾🍾🍾 — 5 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811 in Epernay by Pierre-Nicolas-Marie Perrier and his wife, Adele Jouët. The firm began shipping wine to Great Britain in 1813 and to the United States by 1837. Pale lemon color with fine mousse and tiny bubbles, aromas of stone fruit and citrus. On the palate flavors of complex fresh fruit, vivid acidity, perfect balance on long finish ending with a yeasty mineral touch. Great value! A fav! Very nice! — 10 months ago
