Our first Aubert
Popped young but had to see if the hype was real
It's totally legit. Flinty, honeysuckle, lemon curd, tropical fruits peeking through, cardamom and clove, wet rock, electric mouth feel. Focused yet expansive on the palate and an everlasting finish.
After a double decant and 2 hours. Can't wait to age our other bottles.
