Color a is murky red brown. Nose—a sweet red cherry plum and forest floor barn yard funk with green veggie. A slight menthol lingering. Taste— Sweet strawberry tea flavors hit the pallet. A slight smoky and tobacco medium finish with touches of currant, tea and spices hanging around making the wine soft and pleasant and wanting more. Decant for sediment( lots of chunky/fine sedinent). A vivid dark purple with some browing and little bricking. On the nose: sweet/delicate "old" cabernet notes jump from the glass with musty leather, some dark fruit, cedar, bale of hay. Taste: prunes, minerals, smoke, with a cherry leather medium plus long finish. On the downside of its life, but still drinking great for an old 12.5% alcohol cab.....Yum! — 7 years ago

At least 15 minutes should be necessary to make it calm. Black currant, black fruits aroma. Actually high concentration and a bit sweet, but sophisticated a lot compared with normal Camus. Tanning is quite silky, comfortable. Acid is still a bit strong. 30 minutes, sweet aroma is coming, with some spicy. 2nd day, much better, completely no negative point, everything is good, but still keep the feature of US CS in good balanced taste. 4950, wine plus - XH, 181013-181014 — 8 years ago

Deep, inky, and bloody purple with a few nice and long legs on the rim. Nose of pleasant and copious sweet raisin note, followed by hot spice, a hint of leather, tobacco leaf, meaty, and a bit anise note. Taste of round acidity with ample sweetness, ripe fruit, jammy and smooth, black pepper, and medium tannins. Aftertaste of sweet raisin with spice, peat and barrel note, zest and medium finish. Nose of green apple, refreshing tangy citrus, ripe fruit, and bubbly Sprite. Taste of mouthful sweetness, apple, refreshing carbonate, with a touch of bitter zest, smoke, and butter flavor. Aftertaste of bitterness lingers with a hint of sweetness. A winner for the sweet teeth. I will enjoy a more structured and complex Chardonnay. 1 hour decant (some slightly chunky sediment). A beguiling inky ruby red color with some browning. On the nose: red plum, floral, wet forest floor, some blueberry, and a little creme brulee. Taste: red fruit with a touch of blue fruit mixed in, earthy, cedar, and a red licorice mid palate. A soft approachable wine with fine, sweet tannins coating the mouth ending in a cherry espresso medium finish.

Color of bright yellow and gold. Nose of roasted almonds, oaks, some baking soda, spice, with fruit note is quite weak. Taste is sweet! With some peachy flavor, it is pleasant. Some Sprite note, zesty grapefruit, and nutty oaks exist to make the taste quite round. Aftertaste is a bit missing with some hotness from alcohol and residual sweetness. The very first Savignon Blanc that I have actually loved. Very easy to drink. This Sauvignon Blanc has hints of sweet and exotic passion fruit, making it almost as pleasing to the nose as it is to the palate, and ends with as refreshing a citrus taste as I've ever encountered in a wine. Dark garnet in color. On the nose—Mushroom, dark plum and currants, wet rock lingers throughout with sweet scents of cream brûlée. Taste is very different - initially on the tongue dark raspberry plum, as you drink the wine caramel chocolate coffee come out nicely and a minerally dry long finish. — 6 years ago

On the palate you can taste the layers from sweet ripe fruit to honey to nutty notes adding in a touch of citrus. Long finish with an elegant ending. A beauty from Olivier Casteja.
