Unique sparkler from Sicily! Really like this. Crisp citrus and yellow apple with volcanic minerals. Strong bubbles, with a dry sherry finish. Zero dosage, but still some sweetness and tang from the fruit. One of the most interesting and tasty Champagne alts I’ve had recently. Happy Mother’s Day! — 6 months ago
