Deep lemon, almond oil, wet stone, citrus acidic finish. — a month ago
very much on the side of Puligny. Opens with toast, vanilla and yellow flowers, with just ripe stone fruit and pleasant leesy character. On the pallet, it leads with grapefruit and more Okie complexity, with enough acidity and minerality able to support plenty of opulence without flopping — 3 months ago
16 years old but still fresh and zesty—crab apple, stone and a hint of honey. Unmistakable white burgundy characteristics that only improved as the night went on. Enjoyed the 2008 vintage with an exquisite Kaiseki dinner at Hayato in LA. Happy Birthday to me! — a month ago
Very nice sparkling from chenin blanc, Chardonnay, and cab franc. Floral nose with a touch of jasmine. Fresh fruits on the palate including white peach, green apples, and pear. Creamy mouth feel. Great bottle for the price. — 3 months ago
