Good but will be so much better with age. Crisp and fruity Kabinett. — 5 months ago
Green apples, slight honey and petrol. There is a sweetness to the acidity. It’s delicate. There is a slight wet creek rock meets little white wild flowers taste to it. I feel like I should be by a gently flowing river in spring that you would find in a Disney movie… maybe sitting in a canoe. I would pair this with a Pudelpointer, a water fowl retrieving dog from Germany. Both wine and dog are friendly, calm, and disciplined. — 3 years ago
Golden yellow with aromas of minerality, peach, and apple. Great body and richness. Excellent! — 4 months ago
Awesome acid — 5 months ago
Lots of candied fruits but still a nice acidity — 6 months ago
A wine full of pear, apple, elderflower and peach flavors in a real round, intense mouthfeel. A nice dry taste with the presence of slate and creaminess — 4 years ago
Thought this a bit lackluster upon first opening but complexity significantly improved over time. Tropical fruit, apples, that touch of petrol. — 5 months ago
Very drinkable. Will try again. Has nice minerality — 7 months ago
Nose has moist brioche, browning yellow apple peel, honey, dried lemon zest, green herbs and seashells.
Palate has bruised yellow apple, lemon peel, nectarine, green apple peel, faint tangerine with great acidity and fleeting minerality.
Fine bubbles, plenty of pressure under the cork. A pleasure for all the senses.
This is the zero-dosage (nature) version produced for the 1992 vintage. — 4 years ago
