Another restoration of Red Burgundy faith of a variety of expressions. This one is in the middle of spectrum of perfumed fruit and weight and firm texture. Earthiness and mature tart red fruits that still have years to go. Excellent. — 4 years ago

a.k.a. Restoration White. Olsen Ranch Vineyard, 100 cases made. Pale yellow, very good clarity. Floral, stone fruit and sulfite notes in nose. Heavier mouthfeel. Dry. Citrus, stone and tropical fruit flavors, some minerality, slight skin astringency in finish. Lemon-lime aftertaste. Complex, elegant.
