Special-complex, layered: Marconi almonds, salt, soy notes. 17$ treat to self — 7 years ago
Thirst quenching. All texture and salt. Reductive. Tastes like sherry without the sherry. — 8 years ago
Tangy, almond skin, and just the right amount of oxidization. Loads of complexity and such crazy value. Sherry truly is the best — 9 years ago
Tastws like an en rama- rich for a manzanilla, & w precision. Very good, — 10 years ago
Palo Cortado with awesome intensity of both aroma and flavor. — 10 years ago
Smooth mineral aroma. Acidic salty taste and a full body. Better after opening. — 10 years ago
Brillante manzanilla en rama, intensidad, de sedosa untuosidad y final amplio. — 10 years ago
The aroma is so rejuvenatingly fresh. Birch juice, honeyed pear, green apples, yeast, green olives, and ocean breeze. Very long tangy finish with a touch of butterscotch. Very crisp, rounded, softened around the edges - there’s some pungency to it but it’s integrated. This is the most drinkable of the en rama sherries I’ve tried. Note that this is the 2014 bottling, 4-5 yr aging. — 11 years ago
Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry? — 6 years ago
Manzanilla en Rama Saca de Verano 2017. One of the best Sherry which I've ever tried. The aroma is something in between premium burgundy and premium Jura with very delicate flor aromas. And the mouth-feeling is fantastic. Great Wine! — 8 years ago
Lovely manzanilla but not mindblowing by any means. I look forward to trying more en rama versions from this bodega. — 8 years ago
Cant get much better than this. Unless youre getting some tangy sheep's cheese out to go with it... Well worth booking and visiting the bodega in Jerez too. Artesanal small-scale production with a personalised tour. — 8 years ago
Happy New Year!
Maybe the Michel Arnould old vines powerhouse is too serious for a lighthearted celebration, but it was just right for father and son wine geeks having New Years dinner alone together for the first time since 1999.

Of all the #fino #sherry I've had as part of this week's #sherryfest, this one by Williams & Humbert blew me away. #finoenrama #sherry — 10 years ago
Opulent. Oaky and smooth. What a great cabernet. Elegant and full of vanilla. Smells of resin and cherry. Great job Mr. Bazan — 10 years ago
Strong, reminds me of a fino en Rama. Quite a yeasty taste but very powerful. — 10 years ago
Rama lama ding dong — 12 years ago
Medium lemon color with medium+ aromas of dried fruits, green olives, bread dough, nuts and citrus notes. On the palate this dry Sherry shows flavors of dried apricots, almonds, black currant leaf and citrus zest. Long finish ending with briny, salty character. Very good, drink now no bottle aging benefit. Tasting Sample. — 6 years ago
Saca febrero 2017. Tried 6 months later, fab value for money, a more fino amontillado style... Im definitely a fan!! Will be trying again definitely. — 8 years ago
Not Sherry. not not delicious. — 9 years ago
Last year's release. 6 year avg age Fino en Rama. Dense, saline, tangy, broad. So good. — 10 years ago
18+ best of my Palo Cortados. Has the refinement of an en rama with weight and length. Might marginally prefer Hart Bros (Hidalgo) manzanilla en rama for its bracing attack as an aperitif, but this perhaps better with food- should do comparative tasting — 10 years ago

Imho this is their best fino/manzanilla — 5 years ago
