Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry?

Very nice indeed with a good concentration on both on the nose and palate and a good acidity that is keeping the wine fresh throughout,. A pronounced complexity with almonds, marzipan and yeast and a defined salty minerality. 2018 edition

Not quite as crazy as others are about it but still profoundly enjoyable. Rounded edges, saline & length, fresh. God I love sherry. Perfect w Mexican take out

2021. Late summer feel, not dry but dries the mouth. Not special but good – especially with some dried tomato.

Saca de Primavera from 04/17 with the new golden bottle design. Fabulous notes of sea salt, apples and olives on the nose. Lots of body and depth in mouth, extremely dry and tangy and some surprising nuttiness. One of the best finos I've had. Only 4-5 years under flor but wow, it's got it all, extremely smooth drinking and still great after 2 days with even more tang. Club Gourmet at El Corte Ingles in Spain has it for 15 euros, snap it up! Fantastic value for money.

18. Still my favourite of all finos. Light, graceful, but penetrating and very long.
