Cote du Rhône blend of Grenache (60%) and Syrah (40%). Deep garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of red and black berry fruit, garrigue and baking spices. Same fruit flavors (very ripe) with notes of black licorice, black pepper and vanilla. Medium-plus finish and well balanced acidity. Smooth texture and tannins. This wine expresses the two varietals in the blend beautifully. Exceptional quality for the price. Revisited in February 2025. Solid. — 10 months ago

This 16-year-old Beaujolais is in a beautiful place, red and black fruits, lovely texture (like an older red Burgundy), very nice balance, mature but holding on beautifully. I have 2-3 more bottles of this stood up, this is showing better than the last bottle I opened a month or so ago. — 4 months ago
smooth and silky as a baby’s butt! gets better after an hour of decanting. — 10 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2023 Cuvée Réservé Blanc pours a deep yellow color with medium+ viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of melons, a mix of white and yellow flowers, marmalade, tarragon, and wet stones. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ with an oily texture. Lovely stuff and better with air. Drink now through 2033. — a month ago
