lip smacking acidity, juicy minerally.. — 9 years ago
Wow. I'm not often surprised by a wine, but this is a revelation. Made from a fairly obscure white grape from the Loire, this is made in the "natural" style (e.g., no innoculation of cultured yeast, etc.). This exhibits a singularly unique flavor profile that I can only equate with a hypothetical blend of an aged ribolla gialla and a roussanne. Terrific! — 9 years ago
Funky, fruity, off dry. Insanely delicious. — 10 years ago

November-harvested, botrytised Chardonnay. Originally a banned style in Vire-Clesse but allowed now. Warm honey, manzanilla, white port. 100g RS, 4g acidity. Balanced, lively. #viréclessé #chardonnay #botrytis — 7 years ago
Light flavor, which is a nice change. — 8 years ago
Lambic style! Unusual chenin blanc. — 8 years ago
A little tight at first, but really opened up after some air. Brighty, briny, crisp and clean acidity. Big, broad texture all with a bunch of funk👌 2014 — 8 years ago
Puts you in a jolly mood, elegant but not perched high above. I'd have it again! Very good with a flavorful dinner. — 8 years ago

2008. Puzelat. 100% Pinot Meunier. Apparently this comes from random backyards and tiny plots? http://www.wineterroirs.com/2012/02/puzelat_bonhomme_visit.html — 10 years ago
