Aurelien Palthey makes huge strides every year with this cuvée. Less oak, more riveting acidity. Lush and tropical, but it’s from the 50+ year-old vines, not overripeness and cheap cellar tricks. One of the best 2017 white Burgundies I’ve tasted.
