Light cab, not as full flavor but pairs well with meat — a year ago
Really incredible wine. Not paired with any food, the wine is flavorful, quenching w/ oak flavor adding the right dryness and notes of plum & vanilla to finish - really well balanced and opened well. Bottled was empty far too quickly : ) — 5 years ago
Light bodied. Delicious with notes of licorice, but not overwhelming. — a month ago

Ripe raspberry and boysenberry fruit, with vanilla and toast. Bright, ripe wine. — 3 months ago
Casemates mystery wine. Used a bit to poach some salmon, and drank the rest with dinner. It was delicious, and complemented dinner perfectly. — 4 months ago
Blend of Mourvèdre (about 75%) and Grenache with a splash of Cinsault and Carignan in this ripe and spicy wine from one of smallest appellations in France. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe black fruits and floral spice. On the palate flavors of plum and black currant with black pepper and herbs. Lively tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and spice. Nice value! — 3 years ago

2023 vintage. Relatively crispy and super clean. Light-medium body. Akin to the fog patterns in the area. Shifting and constantly morphing. Complicated stuff and definitely not your usual CA chard. 12.10.25. — 10 days ago
