Yum.. someone said “minerals raspberry”. That’s it out of the bottle. As it opens the dryness, the currant, the earthy hit in waves.
Fruit stays big and tart.

This Ripasso went well with tagliata and steak it did need some time to open but when it did the fruit a the raisin aftertaste was really enjoyable. This was a 2020 vintage and I think it might even be better if left for a few more years. — 10 months ago
