@Delectable Wine this is the Rosé Blanc re Noirs of this wine. It was not in the database.
100% Pinot noir. Herbal strawberry nose with graphite and shale kind of thing. Entry is darker. Almost seemed carbonated more than bubbly. Black cherry notes throughout with wild herbs. Finishes rather light, more to a strawberries and cream side. Really interesting for a sub-40 dollar price. Regarding longevity, really quite unsure here but I'd drink these now vs later. — 6 years ago
Aged for 10 months on oak, 29% new, deep Ruby with aromas of sweet berry fruit and toasty oak notes. On the palate strawberry and cherry flavors with smoky oak notes adding in tea, spice and cacao notes. Fine soft tannins, lingering ending with a big mineral spice finish. Nice! — 7 years ago
Took a bit to open up but then it was singing. Bright citrus lemon, apple (on the pink lady side of apple), a whiff of salinity, great texture without being weighed down by a ton of new oak which you tend to find at this price point. Well-balanced. Good stuff. — 4 years ago

Color : White
Wine estate : Champagne Palmer & Co
Designation : Champagne
Name : Blanc de Noirs
Country : France
Vivino : 4/5
Note : A very pleasant black white with its 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier. A golden robe composed of bubbles balanced on a mineral and powerful nose. A roundness in the mouth that will continue on a greed and perfectly accompany a meal. A fruity blend with these two pinots gives us this champagne filled with freshness.

Following the Mouton and Palmer, this seemed fully mature, resolved tannins, but lovely balance and freshness. — 7 years ago
