Starts off very dry, then gets into lean pineapple and lychee, followed by lemon and lemon pith, finishes rich and unctuous in body with extended citrus acid. Was a great pair with guacamole.

We love this, but let's be clear - this won't be for everyone. Both crisp and sour, it's really finely made. The same sourness that you get in some sour beers - not overpowering.
