Legendary wine from the early 1970s. Still exhibits good fruit and excellent balance on the palate. Lingering aftertaste. Exquisite wine with no flaws. At its peak but should be around for years to come. A wine masterpiece. — 4 days ago
First time trying Barbera and second of the night from piedmont dark ruby hue with zero turbidity. cherry tabasco woodsy scent. not very dry some spicy notes — 14 days ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of rich berry fruit, floral and complex spice, 76% Cab Sauvignon, 22% Malbec & 3% Petite Verdot . On the palate flavors of blackberry and blueberry with floral spice, integrated vanilla oak and earthy cinnamon. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, vanilla oak and soft earthy notes, will still develop! A nice fillet mignon with Cabernet gravy will go well. — a month ago
Still a solid Trader Joe’s wine for the price. A bit tiney. Cherry. — a month ago
