Great value wine — 4 months ago
Tasting notes of cherry and brown sugar with high tannins and a zippy finish. Really good if you’re looking for a bright, straightforward wine that can pair well with a lot — 5 months ago
Deep ruby coloration. A little translucency around the edges. On the nose, dark cherry, smoke, oak, warm spice, earth and minerals. On the palate, it mirrors the nose to a great degree with a long finish, earthiness, dark cherry, toasted oak spice and vanilla. After breathing for a few hours, the nose took on more hints of cocoa. On the palate, the wine was also less tight and also somehow less complex. The notes were more dominated by cherry, vanilla and oak. Still very nice, less bitter; full bodied and still with strong tannins present. A great value at under $30 from a friend importing directly you from the producer. — a year ago

Low alcohol and soft nose. Mostly fruit palate with Medium to high tannins. Long but balanced finish. — 4 months ago
Great spiced fruit aromas- like a pot of cherries stewing in mulling spices. Good balance. Also carries that pheromone odor that I pick up in many good Italian wines. — 2 years ago

Cannot go wrong with 2018 vintage on most central Tuscan wines and this isn’t an exception. A nice, inexpensive, appealing and approachable Sangiovese driven with a gentle tannins, bright orange acidity, juicy cranberry, ripe red cherries and spice and subtle touch of oak. A perfect pizza companion wine for a casual drinking! — 2 months ago
