Raventos i Blanc

de Nit Rosé Cava Blend 2017

This is just such a tasty and expressive bottle. We bought a few and I’m sad that this was the last one. Fresh strawberries and raspberries, a little toast, a touch of cream, but still dry and features the perfect dash of salinity. All this alongside wonderful amounts of fizz. I could make this my house standard. — a month ago

Bodegas Atalaya

Laya Almansa Red Blend 2020

Blend of 70% Garnacha Tintorera & 30% Monastrell, deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, spice and cedar notes, aged for 4 months in French oak. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with herbs, espresso and licorice. Fine drying tannins, medium+ finish ending with dried fruits, herbs and oak. Nice value, drink now, no real aging benefit! — a month ago

Jumilla Monastrell

Earthy and layered. Smells of black berry jam. Medium bodied. Short spice finish. Stands up to any hardy meals. And strong cheeses. Would buy again. — 2 months ago
