2021. Popped and poured the first glass with dinner and used a splash to deglaze the pan. Really tart berry and peppery spice dominated. Was good with the steak, but letting the second glass open up over a few hours rounded out edges in this dark purple wine. Delicious! Can’t wait to try a third glass tomorrow… — 5 months ago

Blend of 50/50 Maturana Blanca and Tempranillo Blanco, light lemon yellow color with aromas of citrus, floral and herb notes. On the palate flavors of apple and lemon citrus, herbs and white pepper, lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit, citrus and spice character. Good to drink now! — 3 days ago

2020 vintage. Medium body. Pretty and with hella lanolin. Slightly less highbrow than chardonnay and clearly more refined than most Sauvignon Blancs. Keep an eye out as this is a winner. Just enuff acidity. Perfect for warmer Spring days and warmer Summer nights. 04.02.25. — 8 months ago
