For me it is “all that “. Like a fresh Selosse without bubbles.
Sensory overload on the nose and palate. The level of freshness at this stage is amazing. A little of everything, oxidative, salinity , orchard fruit, subtle wood , that makes this a true sum of the parts wine. Acid for days .3 dimensional in the mouth with a never ending finish.
