Solid, structured Cab that is epitome of Washington. — 4 months ago
Cab Sauv dominant Bordeaux blend from Red Mountain. Minerally red stone fruit on the nose. Very smooth, a little funky in the back — 5 months ago

Classic Bordeaux blend. 76% Cab Sauv/18% Merlot/4% Malbec/1% Cabernet Franc/1% Petit Verdot. Silty and red fruit on the nose. Raspberry, leather, smoky notes. — 5 months ago
Delicious, great balance and nice structure. Could be mistaken for a nice burgundy. Great balance of earthy and fruity notes. Would probably be better after more time. Also tried the 2022 which was good but too young — 6 months ago
Super smooth and flavorful Chardonnay — 2 months ago
I’d love to put this Seneca Lake Riesling in a blind tasting of German Auslese. Honeyed bright peach fruit on the nose. Terrific flavor intensity. Rich fruit and great balance in the mouth. The flavor density suggests greater residual sugar than it actually has. This is a special Riesling. Never heard of this winery before; a guest who visited the winery brought it to the party. — 3 months ago
Smoky Red Mountain Syrah. Silty on the nose. Blackberry/raspberry, Acidic and astringent. Might be better with longer decanting. — 5 months ago

Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — 22 days ago
