Medium dark rubi robe with no signs of aging. Nose of dark berries, asian spices, crushed flowers, liquorice and cedar wood. Oh so elegant and complex, this is a kaleidoscopic and dizzying wine with great length and impossible to describe charm. What a great bottle !!!! — 3 months ago

Beautiful fruit and structure. Opened up pretty quickly. Brought this bottle back from trip to France a couple years ago. — 6 months ago
The vintage that never sleeps. Always so open and giving, 2017 is Grands Ech is superb even in its youth, with scintillating intensity and richness, exceptional detail and focus and a long saline-mineral inflicted finale. Stunning vintage for this wine, one of my favorite bottlings from Drouhin, and surely to be even more impressive with additional time in bottle. — 7 months ago
Drinking very well, from a very good vintage — 8 months ago
Creamy, oaky, slightly sweet, especially when paired with a truffle mushroom and polenta dish. — 19 days ago
Ruby with aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, licorice, and tobacco. Very cherry on the bud with a long smooth finish. — a month ago
Yellow with aromas of apple, pear, honeysuckle, and dandelions. A nice minerality with nice acidity and long finish. Great with our Lobster Mac and Cheese done on the smoker. — 5 months ago
