Years ago used to treat myself to this maker once a year, but then my local store stopped bringing them in & I lost contact. Such a marvelous blend of concentration & finesse: Asian pear, ginger crystal, and white peach. Not a light bodied Kabinett, just gorgeous. Stunning petrol, slate, rainy day. Dampness. Good moldy smell. Serious foie gras terrine. So good. In a perfect space. Layered and serene. Just slamming. Honeydew fruit. Juicy and complex.
