Light, smooth Chablis. Slight taste of berries and citrus. Earthy smell. Good, mild texture. Refreshing. — 9 years ago
Yum. Saint Bris at age 5 (2009 vintage) and it's superb. Long, elegant, lemons, piercing. Their wines never disappoint. — 9 years ago
Pleasing bitterness on the finish, savage elements -- approx 5% Cesar. Deep in the woods — 10 years ago
New single vineyard called Les Cailles from Thierry. So great. Big stanky cherry and mineral on the nose. Some licorice as well. Very aromatic. Palate has big fruit and big acid and so much of that rustic and tannic mineral Irancy charm. But remains elegant and sappy. Nice freshness on the very long finish. Excellent. — 6 years ago
Nose has a bit of dusty funk to start. There is some sour cherry. A bit closed aromatically. Palate is crunchy and fresh with nice light cherry fruit. Good concentration and freshness. Nice sap. Really refined for something so humble. Delicious. Perfect Tuesday night wine. Hope nose gets better.
UPDATE - - Nose got much better. Floral, spice sour cherry awesome. — 7 years ago
Mineral, fresco, super equilibrado. — 7 years ago
Awesome sauv blanc from a producer in Burgundy close to the Chablis border. This vineyard site has limestone soils that you can taste in this dry mineral driven wine. Bright acidity and lean body make it a great food wine and something that will be easy to enjoy all summer long. — 8 years ago
2nd time buying this bottle. The 2012 is delicious! — 9 years ago
2012, great value Bourgogne level white Burgundy, nutty, rich and fruit driven, good natural acid, but short on the aftertaste. — 9 years ago

Burgundy Sauvignon Blanc. Great tension in the wine with some beautiful acid and minerality. — 8 years ago
This was easily one of the best Sauvignon Blancs I've had in a while. Darker color than most, a bit more body. Softer citrus, mellow grassy notes and minerals but without that zingy bone dry finish of limestone. Finishes with some weight and length. Delicious! — 8 years ago
A grass and fields note for the first 30 minutes was prominent and unexpected. That is the first vintage of three now tasted with that note. Other than that, pure for sure. — 8 years ago

Blood, fresh strawberry and focus acid. Expressive on the nose and pretty subtle on the palate. Love this wine in warmish years — 10 years ago
