Domaine Bersan

Saint-Bris Mont Embrasé Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Delightful and elegant. Melon, lemon zest, minerals, a bit more body than expected. Complex, and the typical Sauvignon blanc characteristics don’t emerge immediately. Paired great with hearty seafood dishes. — 9 months ago

Domaine Bersan

Saint-Bris Sauvignon 2020

Intense mineral, very perfumed fruit. Chablis isn’t just for Chardonnay. The freshness and vitality of this wine is striking. I prefer it to many highly sought after Sancerres. — a year ago

Gabin Et Félix Richoux

Irancy Pinot Noir 2019

Leave open at least one hour before consuming. Not amazing but just nice. Perhaps not worth $45 but this is a straightforward no-frills Burgundy that hits the right notes. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. The fruit is marked but not overwhelming. The acidity is a little strong but not marring. A good buy from a value appellation. — 3 months ago
