Cherry, red fruit, dry and acidic — 9 months ago
Solid Barolo. 50 euros in a restaurant. Light and not super bold like most Barolos, but pleasant. — 2 years ago
Juicy, bright, lightly effervescent and awesome. Fun bright light great. — 5 years ago
Lemon meringue and chalk. Complete and satisfying, balancing freshness and savor. Riesling-like energy. Always one of the most sophisticated Chardonnays from anywhere in Italy. #grasso #piemonte #chardonnay #langhe — 7 years ago
Sourced from 65 year old vines, sitting in rich clay soils. Medium Ruby with complex aromas of berry fruits, oak and fresh floral scents. On the palate dried tart cherry, tobacco, licorice, espresso and fresh herbs give this full-body wine grace and elegance. Soft fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and earthy notes, well balanced, enjoyable now and has room to run over the next decade. Very Nice! — 8 months ago
Excellent Barbaresco. Had it as a wine tasting in Barolo with my son Davide and friends Barhah and Hussein! Super Bouquet — 2 years ago
Still youthfully dark in color with a very slight browning on rim. Upon opening still very tight and shy on nose. Decided to decant this for 3.5h prior our Christmas dinner and it started to open around 3h mark. Then it was a great Barbaresco from Treiso offering slightly darker side of Nebbiolo expression with ripe cherry, some leather and smoke, fine pepper notes. Healthy acidity and fine tannins offers solid back bone for further aging and development. I take this is 2-3 years from peak and should continue to drink several years after that. Glad I have 2 more bottles. This was a fabulous qpr back then at 23€/bottle — 5 years ago

2017 vintage. Tasted with the winemaker. Slightly too smooth with this blend of three vinyards. Medium body. Some grip but slightly less than you'd expect. Pretty. Harmonious. Together and with it. No rush to crush. 03.19.25. — 8 months ago
