Really quite excellent. Amber in the glass, but full of verve. Really deep lemon citrus flavors but with a bit of heavier white fruit as well. Delicious with a long and acidic finish. — 6 years ago

Authentic, lush & stupendous red by Russo-Swiss winery of Marina & Renaud Burnier - indigenous Krasnostop, aged 18 months in oak barrels.

Deep inky purple, dark carmine rim. Refined legs.
Constantly evolving nose: mulberry, saskatoon, sweet spices, black pepper, licorice, blueberry, black currant leaf, raspberry, flowers... chocolate.
Medium-plus body, well-structured and balanced. Mulberry, chokeberry, thorns, huckleberry, cocoa, raspberry, black cherry.
Lingering finish.
Paired lovely to Russian Black Angus rib eye steak with wild berry sauce. — 9 years ago
