Foxen ‘Ernesto Wickenden Vineyard’ Old Vines Chenin Blanc 2020: Light-bodied. Bright acidity. Balanced flavors. Light golden color in the glass and floral, yeasty aromas on the nose. Tasting notes of peach, pear, apple, melon, lemon zest & a touch of honey & minerals. Crisp dry finish. Overall, a well produced, full-fruit wine. It was clean, delicious & easy-drinking and offered a uniqueness & character that stands out, making this a must try wine! For me, it was spectacular. Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 3 months ago
Fascinating juxtaposition of an austere nose with a very fruit forward palate - quite sparkly despite the age - not as refined as the Testarossa previously but good — 4 months ago
Delicious, smooth red. Paired it with filet mignon and shrimp scampi. Complemented all very well. Would happily enjoy this again. — 3 months ago

Had this 2021 as part of a tasting flight at Foxen this October. Having it now. Incredibly bright acidity. A lot of melon, citrus and cranberry flavors. Aromatic and full bodied and dry throughout. — 3 months ago
Strong opening slowly with red berries predominating, deep purple color and less body, very smooth with nice finish and slow aciditya — 4 months ago
