Black cherry and vanilla. Fruit forward light plus body. Accessible and delicious! — 7 years ago
Medium bodied, nice chilled. Delicious. Unexpectedly smooth when opened and not as much bite as other Pelaverga, maybe because it’s young? Cranberry, black pepper, black tea, blackberry, black licorice. Light tannins, good acids. From Flatiron Wines. — 8 years ago

This yellow-gold wine rings the “old-style Cali” bell in all the right ways. A nose of apricots, mangoes and apples is helped along with the smell of buttered popcorn. Oak treats the palate as well, draping over the tropical fruit like a sunshade. The acidity is zesty, yet the mouthfeel tends toward creaminess due to the wine sitting on the lees for five months. The oak is a definite part of the wine, but the effect is softened enough so that it's a pleasure, not a pain. — 7 years ago

Sauvignon Blanc 2013 Marlborough- intense tropical fruit, passion fruit, citrus, stone fruit, and fresh cut grass notes. Light refreshing. Very springy, seafood pairing — 12 years ago
Very interesting wine. Started out burnt rubber, then moved to gamy earthy, wet autumnal leaves. A bright fresh green note persisted. Light cherries throughout. — 13 years ago

Nice light red via Utah? Ok! Via DomaineLA — 6 years ago
Absolutely lovely! Beautiful light salmon color, aromas of strawberry, light taste that would be fantastic with fresh spicy SE Asian food, salad, or seafood. A real spring time patio pounder! — 6 years ago
Light in color but not on taste. Slightly dry. No fruit. — 8 years ago
Great light french rose in Nice. Love it! — 8 years ago
A beautiful example of contrast & tension. Fleshy red berries are at the core surrounded by shimmering acidity and a light spiciness. That spice gently walks the line between an herbal or savory note on the back of the palate. This is on the light side of medium bodied, but possesses an almost creamy texture, yet another contrast. I usually love Trousseau with fish, but this was brilliant with bibimbap. @Tegan Passalacqua — 10 years ago

Pretty and playful balance of light and dark. — 11 years ago
Even though I looked for some Chenin Blanc or Pinot Gris for our ribs dinner this NZ summer delight did not disappoint. Light and crisp. — 12 years ago
Gas discharge on opening, first sip from can light bodied & kinda fruity (hard to taste). In glass, beautiful red violet in color, nice clean raspberry on nose & pallet. Soft & fruity, no metallic taste, easy going casual Pinot. Bravo Union Wine Co. ! Giving you max rating for making wine more approachable to non wine drinking demographic & casual wine consumer. — 12 years ago
