It has been a while since I last had this one and the only regret is that I did not buy a case ;-) Ruby terracotta, lovely nose with a touch of Bret, mushroom, leather, cherries, current, medium to full body, smooth tannins and a lovely acidity, more than a blend of villages ;-) a lovely wine and a great value at about 25 Euro. My score 89, drink to 2018 — 9 years ago
Michael Browne continues to deliver. The second vintage of treehouse Pinot noir is very balanced and has great mouth feel. Won't regret this show. — 10 years ago
Amazing balance of power and finesse. Stunning wine. Only regret is it didn't stick around long enough to watch continued evolution. A+ — 10 years ago
Gosset is a fine champagne house that I have only recently got exposed to, I can regret what I missed or try to catch up :-) as you can see I went for the more pleasurable option. The excellence is indeed excellent, lovely light gold color, a fresh stream of small sexy bubbles, appealing nose full of lime, grapefruit, apple, yeasts and healthy dose of minerality, on the palate smooth and fresh, silky yet tingling, fresh finish. My score 90. Drink when you feel like having a fresh pleasure. — 10 years ago
Simply exquisite. Sometimes popular, expensive wines aren't worth it,but Prisoner isn't one of those instances. It is a bold, extremely easy to drink Zinfandel. Splurge, you won't regret it! — 11 years ago
Really lovin' the full body of this Pinot. Hate to say it, but this is my first Sonoma Valley Pinot! And I regret not trying some sooner. Definitely one to remember and buy a case (or two)! — 11 years ago
Simply fantastic! First bottle was premoxed and what a difference it made to send it back. After about an hour it started to remind me of Raveneau. Would say it's in a perfect place. Not a rush to drink, but provided tremendous pleasure and I don't think anyone would regret that look at the wine. — 8 years ago
From my father’s cellar, was decanted for around 5 or so hours. I believe the Mackenzie is the top wine coming out of the Hartenberg Estate, I have had quite a bit of luck with their older wines (1998 Merlot) and was very excited to try this 12 year old out! The color is bright red and very clear with of course a little sediment. Within the nose there are quite a few interesting notes. Lots of green pepper with hints of peppercorn, petrol, start of olives, chalk and some very interesting smokiness. On the palate there are notes of dark fruit with a drying finish. There are moderate plus tannins with a full powerful body, especially for this 'youngling'. With the finish it pinches the back of the throat and tongue. Overall a great wine that I am surprised it still has as much power as it still has. I agree with my dad (cab blends) that this is at a perfect place right now and if you have it that you will not regret diving into it now! — 10 years ago
Mother's Day would be incomplete without this wonderfully salacious wine. Hints of rotten skunk meat combined with the boisterous flavor of an Incan tribewoman's breath create a journey of self regret and questionable morals whilst consuming. Pairs terribly with food. Producer is wanted by the French government for embezzlement. — 10 years ago
Full bodied, smooth and delicious. I regret that I only bought eight bottles. Pairs well with a variety of foods, my favorite being a grilled prime rib eye. I have only tried the 2009 so far, but it won't be the last. — 10 years ago
Wow, I regret never reaching for this in the past. Purity of fruit and freshness is impressive. #pinotnoir — 11 years ago
Wait one second--this is a Rosso? The nose showed a seductive, and truly tuscan display of sweet cherries, raspberry, dusty spice, dried flowers, floral undergrowth and hints of new leather. On the palate, I found silky textures with perfectly balanced acidity that tugged at the senses as crunchy red fruits mixed with sweet spices and hints of light tannin to form a tactile and almost thirst quenching experience. The finish was vibrant with mineral-infused sweet cherry and lingering spice. Wow! My only regret is that I didn't buy a case. #stelladicamplato #rossodimontalcino — 8 years ago
One of my all-time favorite reds. My wife and I visited Marchesi Vineyards this summer while on vacation, instantly fell in love with this and brought 2 bottles home. I regret not buying more. — 9 years ago
A special wine with a splendid finish leaving one with regret of not going for another glass — 10 years ago
I was finally really impressed. It's so dense with a deep nose & long cherry finish. Its fruitiness is nicely balanced with wonderful long breath. Full body & complex wine, art of winemaking process like its label designed by Portuguese fashion designer. It cries in the glass, but they are tears of happiness :), tastes pretty mature, round, even and reach in taste - so drink now, it is ready & you will not regret it. — 10 years ago
Very nice blend with a nice touch of Bogazkere which you cannot find in any other region brand but Turkey..You will never regret popping up the cork.. — 10 years ago
A really great bottle of wine. Sappy, almost medicinal red fruit, a whiff of smoke and razor acidity. Makes me regret all the times of spoken ill of Willamette Pinot. — 10 years ago
I seriously regret having consumed my bottles of this super rosé it's just starting to show its stuff — 11 years ago

My only regret is that we didn't buy a case. Outstanding rosé with sultry notes of dark cherry and a slight effervescence. I'm obsessed. — 8 years ago
