Good. A little bit of green apples on this, perhaps a little oxidized cause it felt like a lot older bottle but serious stuff — 3 years ago
About 3 years since my last bottle. This is fantastic now. On the nose: ripe peach, soft yeast, dense honeysuckle, soft petrol..so floral and intense. Fantastic acidity, and amazing density, lemon oil, peach, honey, then dripping with mineral intensity...wet stone, mineral oil, and the fruit recedes, only to reappear as soft lemon on the finish. Absolutely lovely. — 3 years ago
Can’t imagine paying $100+ for this, but it is a viscous, layered, tropical stunner. Pineapple and apricot spread to every corner of the palate with a long, luxurious finish. Teriyaki glazed pork? Soup dumplings? What to pair this with? Awesome wine with another fifteen years ahead of it. — 4 years ago
Delicious Grüner. — 5 years ago
Mmmmm. Sleek, charming, and complex - I need to drink more Austrian Riesling on this level. A very precise medium-bodied stunner with generous fruit cradled in remarkable acidity.

Fresh and vibrant. That prickle of false effervescence. Stone fruit and melon rind with that unmistakable Gruner viscosity. White pepper. Snow peas. It’s good, but tough to justify above $30. — 4 years ago
One of the most profound & satisfying gruner’s I’ve had. Notes of white pear, daffodils, green peas, white pepper, with floral and almost marzipan qualities all come together harmoniously & dance on the tongue & drives home with an intense mineral backbone. Beautiful. — 5 years ago
Oh yesss.
Sexy and salacious, mega complex, unctuous and rich. Huge levels of spices and florals (think peppery saffron sprinkled with honey dust); deep yellow fruit notes (mango, papaya, maracuja). Orange zest and porcini-nuances.
Magnificent, crazy and unique. Hedonistic and cerebral.
And a point, as well. — 10 months ago
Highly enjoyed. A lot going on. Mineral. Stone fruit. Honey. Petrol. Acid backbone. Screw cap. — 3 years ago
Very nice with a hint of pepper and nice mineral flavors. — 5 years ago

2016. Delicious complex tropical flavors with a hint of petrol aroma. Balanced acidity with a slight sense of sweetness. Loved it paired with some small plates for happy hour. — 6 months ago
