Second take in a few months. My prior notes apply. It’s still a delicious blend of red and white grapes co-fermented in a delicious, playful yet a bit complex style nevertheless with a nice play on textures on the palate, with a chalky texture at first that gives way to gentle tannins. Nice cherry and wild strawberries notes on the nose and in the palate, very round mid palate with these gentle, caressing tannins, very focused and strong acid drive, rather long finish with red fruit, that textural element in the mouthfeel, with these chalky/tannic layers and that acid drive. It packs the quaffable qualities of the best, fruity and carbonic beaujolais, with the textural quality and complexity of good white wines. What’s not to be liked here ? Comes in 1l bottles, 11% abv — 6 months ago
