Aromas & Flavors
Ripe cherry, raspberry, and red currant lead the bouquet, layered with spice notes of anise, clove, and baking spice. A gentle touch of toasty oak and vanilla rounds out the fruit, adding warmth and texture without overwhelming.

My wife picked this because we fly into Jacksonville on our way to Palm Coast. Brilliant selection. Honey, pears, vanilla and lemon. Opened yesterday and had a glass left for today. Yesterday seemed there was baking spices, nutmeg. Minerals, wet stones and a touch of wax. Want to try this again in a few years. — 2 days ago

On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel.
