Down east cider and yankees playoffs!! October love — 8 years ago
Kind of like a less sweet downeast. Very pleasant and little carbonation. Sweeter than a dry cider, but not artificial — 8 years ago

Semi-aweer but balanced. Nice acidity. Bubbly complex — 10 years ago
Great stuff, serious and pure cider with tannic structure, clarity, and acidity mirroring that of quality wine. Totally dry, great with a soft, stinky, washed rind cheese. — 10 years ago
Cider House Reserve from Spicer's Orchard — 11 years ago
Very nice, similar to a downeast. Fruity, tastes like Macintosh apple — 8 years ago
Floral apple and apricot make this a refreshing seasonal cider. — 9 years ago
Basque sidra straight from the Sidra house. This is one of the most popular sidra (and one of my favs) producers in Donostia.
Salty, effervescent, brined apple, mossy, tart with high acidity and pepper like finish. Delicious and perfect for warmer weather or bbq. — 9 years ago
Needs cheese. Needs cheese. Heavy and stinky and sweet. — 10 years ago
Petrol cider, apricot and musky leather on the nose. A beautiful cougar of a wine that shows both the complexity of age and the vigor of youth. Pairing 2/2 with the house jalapeño corn bread. Good pair, as the sweet balanced the spicy. — 10 years ago

Slightly earthly, bright and utterly refreshing. New York Cider is improving! — 11 years ago
I'm not sure the world of fine beverages is ready for this but this is one of the most interesting culinary creations I have come across this year. This is absolutely a 'have this with food' drink. So refreshing. Such good value and culinary creativity on display. — 9 years ago

Dry, simple, more like beer, crisp — 10 years ago
I'm led to believe that this is pretty unfashionable at the moment but I couldn't give less of a shit. A great, pure wine that gives you exactly what you ask for. A light greenish hue; not getting much grapefruit but lots of cider apples and perry pears, with a touch of cat's piss and maybe a hint of freshly cut (lightly damp) hay and fatty cheese rind; plenty of acidity, apt minerality, and a lovely lingering palette-cleansing freshness. Our house pour for fish and chips with mushy peas and my home made tartare sauce. — 10 years ago
