Surprised by the lower ratings. This is a pop and pour wine I would always want in my cellar. — 3 years ago

Lotta oak in play here. Almost like 1980s Cali Chardonnay. Nose features melted butter and toasted vanilla, with nice underlying stony soil tones. Ripe pear fruit. In the mouth, there’s that oak again in the forefront, but behind it there is some nice fruit and decents acids for a wine that is 14%. Finish is long. — 21 days ago

Had the 2020 in November 2023. Lovely nose. Deep, rich ruby color. Semi-opaque. Medium to full body for a Pinot. Paid 32€ in Paris — 6 months ago

Beautiful, complex, balanced. Yellow delicious apple, meyer lemon, lemon zest, touch of sea salt rounded out by oak. — 5 years ago

NOSE: blueberry (haven’t smelled that in a while!), mulberry, fruit leather, a bit of flower… like in old perfume,
TASTE: dried fruit, blueberry, elderberry, bitter chocolate, baking spices … I can only call this this light and manly fruit! 91. — 5 days ago
