Stewed fruits and fig with a pleasant hint of bakings spices on the medium/long finish. It is well balanced with smooth medium tannins which don't dominate the pallate, which make this a wine that doesn't necessarily need a food pairing. On the nose: soft honey, dense lemon oil, soft vanilla, a touch of oxidative golden apple.
