Quite light straw colour . Quite aromátic , quince , honeydew melon , white flowers . On the palate this is quite focused with green fruits , apple , quince and some chalk dust . There is a touch of creaminess to the mid palate which helps to round out the wine with decent mineral , flinty tinged length . Quite clean and fresh , young but still enjoyable , but will probably imorove over the next 3-5 years and last well a further 5 or so . — 10 days ago

Fresh, intense, almost zingy lemon contrasts with minerals and earth, it’s a nice range of terroir to complement the zesty fruit. Additional interest comes from the lemon rind and bergamot notes. Paired beautifully with sushi. It plays with refinement vs exemplifying it, but in a way we found delightful for the occasion. — a year ago
