Punchy, bodied amarone. Clocking in at 16.5% ABV with medium-high+ acidity. Leather and peppercorns on the nose, bright red cherries, more peppercorns, and a hint of cinnamon on the palate on a long tail. Very classic amarone style. Have no idea where I got this bottle from but it was a nice one to open for Father's Day! — 8 months ago
Delicious. Crisp. Minerally. Too easy to drink. — 2 years ago
A nice wine for the price. Fruity on nose. Fruity also on taste with a little vanilla too which I really like. — 3 months ago
Blackberry, cherry, raspberry, currant, loamy earth and oak. Medium-bodied and moderate tannins. — 3 years ago
A lovely and bright nose -
Tempered honeysuckle -
This wine will straight up remind you of Pinot noir in many ways, yet also differs.
Light to medium bodied - bright cherry skin and fruit. Chompy fruit tannins mixed with sweet tart acidity , tons of saline and a fresh lip smack to bring up the end .
Dang, do I love this producer. — 7 months ago
Pleasantly floral and fresh, the 2021 Soave Classico opens with a blend of spring flowers, lime and melon. It's silky and round on the palate, slightly oily in texture, with crisp orchard fruits and juicy acidity to balance. The 2021 tapers off with a lovely inner sweetness contrasted by a tinge of saline minerals. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — a year ago
