Gamay vine growing on micaschiste ground. Hints of pinot noir and cabernet franc. Simply beautiful. — 13 days ago

Love it. — a month ago
Pinot noir not too expressive i.e. lacks matter and thickness. But does the job anyway, with a 'boeuf tartare' on a terrace in Sancerre in the twighlight... — 2 months ago
Tressailler aka Sacy is a vine which was praised 3 or 4 centuries ago, given the ability of the wine to travel long distances (not becoming vinegar on the way) thanks to its natural level of acidity. Acidity is kept under control for this one, with all its character and flavours blending into a perfect balance. — 13 days ago
20% pinot and 80% gamay, but tastes like cabernet franc. Fresh, fruity and acid with a pinch of bitterness in the finish. Overall light to medium-bodied. Interesting fact: Coteaux du Giennois is a central Loire wine, but the vineyard is located in the Burgundy region. — a month ago
