Medium to light bodied. Nice smoky flavor — 2 years ago
Interesting red blend that features the Baga (85%) grape. Blended with Touriga National (15%). Very dark color but lighter in body than I would have expected. Bright and jammy red fruit aromas and flavors with hints of prunes and dark chocolate. Solid acidity and very long finish. Moderate finish and tannins. In a very good place right now. Thanks for sharing and insisting we open this one, Ron B! — 3 years ago
Great wine for a week night dinner. Very light. — 4 years ago
Bought at Hudson Wine Merchants and drank alongside rosemary manchego, casteveltrano olives, almonds, lemony crackers, and turmeric sesame challah in the cutest Airbnb while writing something fun with Abigail — 4 years ago
Very nice, slightly mineral, exckeloent with fish. 80% Bical 20% Arinto — 5 years ago
2011 vintage. 100% Touriga Nacional from 12 years old vines. Aged in French barriques for 18 months. Dark red with only a little evolution. Holding back in the nose with timid blackberries violet impressions. Powerful wine with a black fruit a bit monolithic, packed with ripe tannin, while remaining very fresh. Long spicy finish. Might deserve a higher score with more bottle age. — a year ago
Smooth on the nose and taste. Really strong cherry notes with chocolate hints. Awesome wine. Year 2020. strong red color — 2 years ago

Funky and grassy. Delicious. — 4 years ago
This is my kind of wine! The end taste is woody and it’s perfect with meat (specially a bbq made in the wood fire). Personal note: both, I and my fiancé loved this one, what is a rare find!! — 5 years ago
Sharp crisp apples with a dry finish. Very tasty. But not as excellent as the rose from the San winery. — 5 years ago

Color is a mix of purple and burgundy, a bit cloudy. Nose of dried strawberry, spicy note, currants, and carbonates grape juice. Taste is smooth and follows the nose with addition of zest, decent acidity, and tiny hint of mineral. Some more blackberry. And some more black pepper. Aftertaste of some more warmth from black peppers. Clean and warm, and above average. — 3 years ago
The oak is quite prominent though not overbearing initially, and subsides gradually to commingle with ripe black fruits, clove, anise, dark chocolate, dried herbs, and slight hint of barnyard. Full body. Savory and lush palate but the fruits feels youthful than the nose suggested. Vivid acidity and still solid tannins. Will continue to get better in the next 5 years also.
This bottle serves a reminder that I need to drink more wines from Portugal, one of my favorite countries to visit. — 3 years ago
Drank it after about five other bottles on Fri before Secret Cinema. Remember thinking it is good, need to revisit. Heavy, grown up but still elegant. — 4 years ago
Celery seed. Super interesting. Not in a bad way! I would do it again. — 5 years ago

While I have great respect and appreciation for wines like these I simply don’t have the palate for them.
Iodine, beef blood, smoky BBQ. I’m sure this is lights out with a dry aged ribeye but a 2oz. pour is enough for me. Very reminiscent of the 1969 Colares I had a few months back. Properly stored. — 9 months ago
