Great complexity - layered with some grain & lees, bright on palate, another great strange creation from the Off Centered Beer Guys — 9 years ago
Very interesting white, Posip. The closest analogue would be Torrontes.
Dry white wine that is strangely seductive, every sip entertains your palate and even your lips just like a kiss. Slightly heavier body and minimal fruit with grapefruit, pear, and green apple. Lovely Croatian creation;-) — 9 years ago
Delicious blend. Some lingering tannins but a smooth finish. — 9 years ago
This splendid blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Noir was like music to my palate. It is luxurious, complex and delicious. Deep purple color, multi layered nose with almonds, plums, cherries, violets, spring flowers and chocolate, full body, rich with round tannins, lots of fruit and a long delicious finish. A lovely creation. My score 91, drink to 2028, visit again for an additional half a star in 2020 ;-) — 10 years ago
Clean cedar sauna nose, with ripe red cherry and a tinge of cherry lozenge in the background smoking the thinnest vanilla bean. Active head creation initially drops from the sides like ovoid soap suds back into the ridiculously effervescent diluted blood-colored pool. Really aromatic palate, packed full of bing cherry, pastry, and tart plum brandy but with a twist into an oak leaf wrapped cherry point. #kasteelrouge #inglemunster #beer #belgianbeer #stophashtagginganddrinkbeer — 10 years ago
Impressive. A think a Tyler Thomas creation. This was in Magnum. Fresh. Crisp. Great body. Some honeysuckle and baked pear. Yum. This could last another handful of years easily. — 11 years ago
Great emiliano Falsini creation! — 13 years ago
Great tasting tonight. An excellent start with a fantastic bottle of bubbles. Lots of spice from the oak barrels during fermentation. Baking spice and citrus notes come thru nicely. Big finish of tangerine and baking spices. Very elegant. — 9 years ago
Fresh, lively, crisp fruit with a fine thread of minerality and herbaceousness. Not in your face at all, but definitely not a shrinking violet. Shellfish, please. — 9 years ago
Deep red color with yummy black cherry fruit and a hints of earth and fallen leaves. Fairly moderate acidity and tannins. Feels surprisingly light for its depth. I agree with the positive comments I've seen on this wine. It's a very good creation and an outstanding value. — 10 years ago
A lovely way to start 2016, very elegant complex and smooth bubbly, lovely gold color, enchanting nose full of citrus, grapefruit, crushed stones, yeast and brioche, medium to full body with lovely small vibrant bubbles, a lovely fresh complex finish. A truly pleasant creation, my score 92. Drink to 2023 perhaps longer, Happy New Year! — 10 years ago
2012 Vintage. This Syrah-based organic wind has a great depth to it - rich ruby color, fine aromas of black fruit and a pleasant earthiness and well balanced tannin and black fruit on the palate. Surprisingly harmonious and elegant, long on the palate and with great finesse. Because of the hype from the 2006 film A Good Year for which this wine was created it is in short supply but it is a lot more than some press agent's marketing creation. It's a lovely wine that holds its own in any company — 11 years ago
Very nice. Great flavor. 3/15 — 11 years ago
A Patrick Leon creation!! Delicious right bank. — 11 years ago
A purchase from our latest trip to Nspa. A Thomas Brown creation, the old vine has much more structure than the other. — 11 years ago
Of course it rocks, very proud of our creation. Malvasia is a fun grape and a great wine to wind down with after a long day. — 12 years ago
An ambitious wine made in a solera style where still wine has been set aside and blended with other vintages going back to 2004. It is a till wine through that progression and then bottled with a tirage to initiate the bubble creation from secondary fermentation. 100% Chardonnay from a single site in the Grand Cru Cote des Blancs village of Mesnil.

Given this bottle by Niels who we bumped into at Wine Concepts in Jo'burg. He absolutely gushed about his creation and I can see why. Nose is spice driven, dark fruit with hints of liquorice, plum and is that vanilla? Wonderful complex wine which I noticed was a bargain in the store. A great match to their Shiraz. — 10 years ago
Watching Real Madrid following a delightful spag boll.... This is a creation beyond man and pure art... This is my Sistine chapel - than you Spain — 11 years ago

A creation of Wayne Donalson, formerly head winemaker for Domaine Chandon, this Chardonnay dominant sparkler sports a sharp bite up front with semi-ripe Bosc pears, and a very smooth finish with herbal chamomile notes. Paired perfectly with spinach and cheese mini quiches! — 11 years ago
Delicious! Thanks to @ChaninWine for the creation & @sommselect for the delivery

Outstanding with more to come. Large portion of complexity is tightly structure within the sharp backbone with a fine beaded and elegant mousse and a great fatigue. Great evolvement in the glass. Still acting youthful and unleashed, time will benefit this creation with a broader and creamier texture to come. — 8 years ago
