Tuesday night Merlot from Corvidae, a second label from Owen Roe with an all time great album. This is a weeknight/spaghetti & meatballs wine, and trust me that’s a very good thing. Not too complicated, but awfully fresh & tasty. The record needs no words. Pretty much every song could have been a hit. Everything good here. — 5 years ago
Wow… initial mouthful of spice compliments a bouquet of peppercorns, gives way to a complicated dry blend. The tannins are here but subtle and brittle, a very strange but delicious experience. — 18 days ago

A garnet hue with a ring of ruby red catches your eye at first glance. Lots of red raspberries and black berries followed by dark chocolate, black pepper, oak and prolific earth.
