Taking its name from the sea and sun – the two forces of nature that shape its character. Pale lemon, aromas of Stone and tropical fruits, with floral and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with lemon zest and toasty vanilla notes. Smooth long finish, well balanced, nice acidity, ending with fruit, vanilla oak and mineral character. Sip’s well now. Pair this with some fresh tuna! — 7 months ago

Very enjoyable Christmas Day tipple - a veritable companion to a roast rib of beef. Silky and sublime. — 8 years ago

Her nice rounded full palate cab. Drank well — 6 years ago
This was our second bottle. First was uninspiring and despite the 97pt RP rating, found it to be disappointing. The trick is to let it breathe for at least an hour to let the flavors develop. It is no Opus One but very satisfying with a juicy steak or just plain enjoyment! — 8 years ago
En magnum. Exactly what Cali can should be. Ripe fruit, soft tannic structure, sweet tobacco and spice. — 10 years ago
Drinking extraordinarily well right now. Get it if you can.... — 11 years ago

This 9 year old Napa Chardonnay is drinking beautifully now. Rich and fruit forward. Juicy and entertaining. Alcohol is nicely integrated by now.
Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex, engaging and good right out of the bottle.
Drinking at its peak, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Tannins soft, fruit in check. Had a dusty finish that could have been Rutherford. But lacked the expected intensity and complexity of a reserve. — 5 months ago
