Notes of cherry up front, berries on the nose, but tannins keep it pleasantly on the dry side — 4 months ago

Another great Kermit Lynch import — 4 months ago
In a wonderful spot. Decanted a couple hours which was a good call. Still some definite dusty tannins on the finish, but with food it’s a great pairing (specifically beef shank and short rib braised in wine and a lot of aromatics). Certainly Bordeaux. Quite enjoyable. Could go longer. — 2 months ago

Vintage 2006 | deep colour, ruby red/brown rim, classic smell with laurel, cassis, autumn forrest, milkchocoalte, taste still powerfull, probably enough reserves to go another 5 years, but it gives joy now. Good balance and fine acidity. | Paired with beef finch, potatoes from the oven and a salad / mixed vegetables. — 5 months ago

2003 vintage. Cedar and cinnamon lead into coffee rye and toasted black sesame, baked blackberry and plums, baked black currant and elderberry. Tertiary leather and pipe tobacco, with a jammy cassis to licorice finality. Silky smooth palate exhibits dark berries and a touch of smoke and graphite swirling around charred oak and cinnamon.
