Needs 10 minutes to open up like preheating the oven before stuffing it with the meat, Haha. Seriously tho, this is at first was light bright and crisp but given some time reveals a lush deepness with plumb, hint of pepper, dark Italian cherry or tart cranberry. It’s dry and Perfecto!

2013 vintage drank in 2020. Tannic, well structured, deep dark fruits, raisin, violets, and cocoa or dark chocolate depending on the sip. I didn't get any tertiary notes surprisingly. Hot on the first sips, opens up into a really nice wine after 1+ hours decant. I would drink this again. — 4 years ago
