Easily one of my favorite Chardonnays. It starts strong with an apple tartness and fruity acidity that fades to mellow oaky undertones with a butterscotch creamy finish. Not overdoing the oak or butter. It's the full Chardonnay experience in waves. Every sip is like trying 3 different wines back to back and I love to savor it. — 7 months ago
A nice Alexander Valley Bordeaux blend that pairs well with red meat. This 2022 is drinking nicely now and will only improve with more cellar time.

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour alongside the 2005 vintage. The 2009 “Giulio Ferrari” pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with lovely notes of spiced apple, passion fruit, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and fresher than the 2005 vintage. Drink now. — 5 months ago
3019 vintage, smooth, buttery and delicious. Notes of vanilla, butterscotch and oak. Would definitely buy again!

ask the wine guy for something unusual, something off the beaten path and he recommends this delicious dry 100% Palomino w/some bottle age: definitely a food wine, light greenish straw color w/fairly austere nose full of minerals, lanolin, herbaceous musk, white flowers (jasmine), ginger & some spices. on palate it is rigid & angular, zesty acidity, some citrus but mostly minerals & herbs, quinine, screams for briny foods - we had this w/deli section fare & salad. — 7 months ago
Excellent cooler-climate styled Nebbiolo. Great acidity, texture and length. Nice herbal / black tea undertones with cherry fruit on top. Yum. — a year ago
14.8% abv. Tasty. Dark thick fruits taste. Intense but pleasant. — 4 years ago
Dark cherry up front with some sweetness with a smooth finish of black licorice and wet stone. — 6 months ago
Cherry, plum, raspberry, with some smokiness, earth, plenty of tannin and good structure. A good, classic Merlot. — 6 months ago
one of my first sauvignon blancs. good stuff, very light crisp and quite smooth — 7 months ago
Ripe blackberry and black cherry, powerful without being heavy on the palate, tart black cherry, a little black pepper bite, and lingering gravelly tannins.

Deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruit, cedar and herb spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and currants with herb and nutty floral spice notes. Fine tannins, nice mouthfeel, well balanced with acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, mineral, spice and herbs. Nice value! A Fav! — 4 years ago

These are some of my favorite Mountain Nebbiolo. ArPePe actually ages the Riserva before releasing. — 5 months ago
