Vanilla scent after. Light and soft fruits. Drinkable and delicious. — a month ago
An everyday pizza wine. Medium bodied and fruity but not overpowering. Cherry and violet. — 5 months ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits, flinty spice, floral and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character. — 7 months ago
Expressive nose dominated by the toffee caramel notes of the French oak at this stage. Coffee. Felt some toasting there. Good fruit, tannins grippy, yet it is too early. Cherries, plums, for the price not too long. Good quality overall, should see in 5 years time. — 13 days ago

Lovely Barbaresco, a bit light in color but nice in taste.
Not too heavy but brings a nice flavor of full body.
Not so tart and harsh as the one 2 days agon from Verduno.
The owners of the Vineyard Ca del Baio are 3 sisters, one went to school with Alessandro from Casa Ressia.
Excellent price for this wine.

Wow. Deep dark ruby. Blackberry, currants, cacao, wonderful nose. High tannins not gripping. Medium light body!! Strange. Haha. — 7 months ago

I’ll take all the other vintages over this 2023 and yet, there’s still some Ca’ La Bionda magic here. — 8 days ago
