Vintage 2014 | Brown rim with cardinalred colour. Nice bouquet with sweet cherries, laurel, vanilla and cacao. Multi layered. Fine texture and mouthfeel after aeration, some tannins still. Vintage 1991 | The year with the devastating 20 April frosts… but Montrose escaped because it lies close to the river. Very much alive and kicking. Italian roofs colour.
