Some serious value in this Chardonnay/Viognier blend (80/20). You’ve got classic lemon curd and lime notes, streaked through with a beautiful zip of minerality. The oak - something I loathe in Chardonnays - adds a soft touch of vanilla and baking spice, but brisk acidity keeps the whole thing moving along nicely. Extremely food friendly, here’s a white that can satisfy multiple palettes.

Easy drinking but good balance between Chard and Viognier.
